Refund policy

Retail customers are responsible for all returns and shipping charges. Only product cost and applicable taxes will be refunded - not shipping costs. All returns must be shipped registered and insured mail with signature required.  Please be sure to package the product(s) in the original shipping box; the box was specifically designed for FlipFold to help streamline the shipping process as well as to protect the product.  Merchandise must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of receipt. You must contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt of your item(s) to receive a return authorization. We appreciate your understanding.

Returning Damaged Items
All items are checked before shipping to ensure quality. If you receive a damaged item you must contact us via email (flipfold@longlatinc.comor phone (800.601.8198) within 48 hours of receipt of your item(s) to verify the damage and receive a Return Authorization Number.

Damaged goods will be replaced and shipped upon approval within our fulfillment center. Any merchandise returned without prior authorization will not be accepted in our warehouse and returned to sender. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
